Finally found a fix that worked for me :D I just changed my DNS settings to OpenDNS. The settings are: IPV4 addresses: 208.67.222.220 208.67.220.222 IPv6 addresses: 2620:0:ccc::2 2620:0:ccd::2

I get the exact same error message. Also, every step (intizializing...) takes much longer time than usual. I have tried disabling both AV and Firewall, with no effect.

I would be so happy to see better textures! Especially since I've recently purchased a current-generation laptop, and a gaming desktop. I really cross my fingers for 2k, if not 4k resolution textures.
